Seher is an unusual feminine name and it exact meaning and origins are unclear. It is thought to perhaps have come ultimately from Persian origin, and some say that it means ‘Early Morning’. There is not much documentation translated on the name and so this is uncertain, however there does not seem to be any evidence that the meaning is false.
